“I’ve often told my clients that our struggles are a lot like weeds. We can cut them to manage, but it isn’t until we pull it at the root that we can plant a different seed and grow anew”

Therapy isn’t one-size fits all.

Neither is the path forward.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Foundations

  • Life Transitions

  • Anxiety & Overthinking

  • Decision-Making & Direction

  • Boundaries & Empowerment

A space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work through what’s been weighing on you. Together, we will turn insight into meaningful change.

Therapy should feel collaborative, intentional, and tailored to you. Our approach draws upon multiple evidence-based practices to help you create your own path to wellness.

You don’t have to figure it out all at once. Therapy can help you find clarity, identify what matters, and find a direction that feels right for you.

Services:

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults in the areas of trauma, anxiety, anger, family issues, and depression. Building a rapport with my clients is my top priority as it creates a foundation of trust, encourages open communication, and allows us to explore what brought them into therapy in the first place.

I offer an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC. Your identity, culture, and lived experiences have shaped who are today, and who you will become tomorrow. I approach each client’s background with respect, curiosity, and an appreciation of how your lived experiences can shape your mental health.

Traditional Talk Therapy

Structured Pathway

This option is ideal for individuals who are interested in learning skills to address specific concerns, and would benefit from a structured timeline. During these sessions, rapport, dedication, and intentional action are going to be the foundation for our work together.

At the conclusion of the pathway, you may choose to continue with traditional talk therapy. If so, I would be happy to transition you into ongoing therapy, pending availability.

These pathways are designed for clients ages 13+.
