Hi everyone, I’m so happy you’re here! Let’s start with the basics: In 2016, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Dominican University where I majored in neurobiology and minored in chemistry. In 2021, I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University where I studied child and adolescent development.

I spent the last 10 years working in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient programming (PHP/IOP), and traditional talk therapy.

Some of the cool (or not so cool, depending on who you ask) things I’m into are: hiking, reading, weight-lifting, and gaming. But most importantly, being a mom to 5 kids has been the biggest adventure of all! I cannot wait to learn more about you and I hope to see you soon. Thanks for stopping in!

My Approach

So often do new clients looking to explore therapy ask themselves, “where do I start?”

Well, the great part is we do that together! I take a collaborative approach that focuses on where you are now, and where you want to be.

Therapy is not a one size fits all, which is why I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities.
